If you know me or just following my Instagram page you have seen the transformation I've done. When I first embarked on this fitness journey, I had no idea what to expect. I was filled with doubt and insecurity, questioning whether I had what it takes to achieve my goals. But deep down, I knew that I had to make a change and prioritize my health.I started by setting realistic and achievable goals. Instead of fixating on the end result, I focused on small steps that would gradually lead me towards my ultimate objective. This shift in mindset proved to be pivotal, as it allowed me to stay motivated and dedicated to my fitness routine. Commitment and consistency became my mantra. I established a weekly workout schedule, one that integrated a combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises. I made it a priority to show up for myself every single day, even when my body felt tired and my mind tried to convince me otherwise. Not only did my physical health improve, but so did my mental and emotional well-being. Fitness became an outlet for stress and a means of finding balance in my life. I learned to love myself and I want to allow the next person to achieve this goal as well.
